Thanks. Ironically, I hate drawing hands. Especially the right hand, because that’s what I draw with so I can’t look at it for a reference. But Psi-Hawker needed to have a full set of waggly fingers for his mesmerizing effect to be taken seriously.
The eye he’s wearing looking to the side… I’m always amused by little details like that. 🙂
Now you need to ask yourself if it’s a mystical amulet that looks around on its own, or is it just a googly eye pendant with the pupil rattling around in a plastic case…
Given that he seems to be a charlatan (didn’t foresee the assault from his left), I suspect the latter.
In his defense, Psi-Hawker hypnotizes people, he doesn’t foretell the future.
