So, the actual final move was total nuclear annihilation plus sacrificing all the heroes and villains. Which would have still worked quite by accident, by instantly wiping out the inmate population, it could have weakened Superior Man enough that he would have been destroyed as well. Fortunately we won’t have to find out if that would have done the deed.
I am currently pet sitting two of the sweetest champion bird dogs in The Villages, Florida. I plan to play pickle ball every day for a few hours, take archery classes, and otherwise take an extended vacation. This place is truly like Disneyland for adults.
yeah, keep the no-nukes on speed-dial!
Wise council, indeed! Or is that counsel?
definitely counsel, but i’m a humble solicitor, not an arrogant, piggish barrister!
GKFSS(Matt) called in a g*dd*mned NUCLEAR STRIKE on his own position?
I think he’ll be a good replacement for Black Bat. He’s f*cking Ruthless!
There may be a power struggle between him and the Blue Bat. We’ll see how this plays out.
Not gonna lie, Iād have done about the same in his shoes.
Then you are promoted to leader!
“Those missiles were targeted on Superior-man’s current position! Where is Superior-man, Matt?”
Alternative quote:
“Looks like Superior-man’s blasting off agaiiiiiin!”
If Kickman accelerated him to near-lightspeed, maybe he went back in time… Nah, that’s silly.
In Kickman: Day One #11, a person with long black hair also says “…ringu…”. What’s that mean? Wonder why that person is in superjail.
Kickman Returns #15 has that person too. “Ringu…” this time.
Looking through the comic, it seems that’s all the appearances so far. No name, no observable powers, from what I’ve reread.
I wonder if Kickman dousing the fire is related to the origin of the person’s powers.
The “Ringu” girl is the ghost of a girl that drowned in a well from the movie “The Ring.” Ringu is the original Japanese name of the movie.
Nuclear strike on your own position?
Borrowing from ATOMIC ROBOT I see. (shameless plug for other “interesting” strip…)
I say we dust off and nuke the station from orbit. It’s the only way to be sure.
Ooh! Are we doing that? *ahem*
Java Jaguar.
Just noticed. Green Ring used the Summoning Fairy to summon his energy constructs, and the Ring was a misdirect. š It was the lantern that was the source of his power.
I’m also noticing callbacks to Superiority Complex – the satellite grid line, and Turbofist’s line. Blinked and missed it – is that a callback to “The sonic boom made me blink”?
I think Turbofist’s line here is because Kickman kicked Superior Man in the nuts again. Superior Man got kicked so hard that Turbofist felt it.
Anybody else notice the blue light go out of the eyes of the con-sanguineous cohort between panels two and three? Did they just power down or did Daddy Dearest expire as he aspired?
