Grayhawk suddenly has himself a multi-million dollar arsenal of crime-fighting gadgets. Quite a step up from his home-brewed smoke and stink bombs.
Of course, he probably has no way to replenish his supply of nano-smoke and Arachknight webbing without being able to contact his Blue-Bat-themed-not-exactly-a-love-interest outside the city. Let’s hope his luck and gadgets supply gets him through an entire year’s worth of Zodiac.
“Running west…” I almost called it. Well, I would totally have called it if it had been on the next page.
What impresses me most with this page is Grayhawk and Kickman’s ability to tell where west is in such a jumbled situation. (Then again, Grayhawk has to have a display on his lenses, and possibly Kickman does his original shades, though I can imagine him wanting to keep his original ones because they’ve been there for him such a long time he can’t give up on them.
Yeah, that darn evil narrator totally ruined that tactic for them.
