Actually, I’m pretty sure no one says that.
There are a couple of movie Easter eggs in this week’s dialog. Well, two intentional ones and probably another accidental one. Kick Points if you can spot them first.

NICE!
Wait, did Kickman use better strategy than Grayhawk? (Then again, he is fighting only one foe, so that might be easier.)
I guess the first Easter egg has to do with those “rubber bands”, but I have no idea what the reference is.
Unless I be mistaken, the second interntional Easter egg is “The only way to win… is not to play”, the adorable line from WarGames.
*intentional
(Also, is the accidental Easter egg a reference to the main character from Gremlins in panel 2?)
Well, it wasn’t meant to be but that’s kind of the point, right? :0)
Correct on the War Games reference! Whack-a-Mole is pretty much the same game as Global Thermonuclear War when you think about it…. 5 Kick Points for jd.
The other reference is pretty obscure… let’s see if anyone comes up with it.
I suppose kicking is something that he knows a bit about…
on the other hand, has he thought about how he’ll get out of the hole?
I’ll take a SWAG that one egg (the probably accidental one) is KRAKADOOM from somewhere in Thor Ragnarok?
Wait, was there a KRAKADOOM in Thor: Ragnarok? Somebody get a copy of the script out here!
(flip flip flip flip flip)
No, that was clearly a “Bada-Boom”
A Bada-Boom without a Bada-Bing? I’m calling Foul on that. (old man shakes fist)
Accidentally guessed on the main comments. I’ll hazard a guess on ‘Time to smoke and run’ being our quote, but I can’t place where you got it.
There’s a movie called ‘Cut and Run’. Is that one of the references you used?
:Time to smoke and run” is the quote, but for the life of me, I can’t place it. I’m feeling like it’s an action flick, maybe Way of the Gun or Boondock Saints, something of that glorified gun violence ilk.
