Can you guess which panels I took shortcuts on?
For the Supreme Leader HQ/City Hall in the first and last panel, I downloaded a 3-D model of a “European Mansion” from the Clip Studio assets. Which is why there is a building there that is nicer than any building I have previously drawn. I even applied an artistic filter to reduce the line simplicity and density to make it look more sketchy, but the artist who made this building really went nuts. In fact, it is such a big model and uses so much processing power that when I was manipulating the model in panel 1 my Surface eventually just said “no, I’m done” because I spent like ten minutes trying to zoom out a little bit, but it was not going to happen. So, I gave up, said “fine!” and rasterized that layer (turned it into a bunch of pixels so that my computer did not save it as a manipulatable 3D model. So, panel 1, you are fine as is. Then I imported the same model again for the last panel, made a few quick adjustments to get an aerial shot and said “Boom!” you are done. I’ll draw the rest of the neighborhood around you.
Whew.
This whole page has a lot of stuff that I don’t like to draw. Which is everything that is not a human. In fact, I’ve been dreading this page for a few weeks now, when I decided on Grayhawk’s “shock and awe” strategy. I grabbed a LOT of reference photos from the internet for stuff like “dam exploding” and “water rushing down city streets” and whatnot. Hopefully, this page reads okay. Because water is hard to draw. I have now decided that ANY comic artist that ever worked on Aquaman is my favorite artist.
So, Grayhawk went with low-tech bombardment and flooding the area around the battlefield. That should reduce the collateral damage if Supreme Leader starts slinging hellfire left and right. It should also destroy any electronics in the basement and ground floor. His internet access might even be severed. Boom, sucka!
And if they got really lucky, maybe his head was caved in by a rogue cannonball. We’ll just have to wait and see.
Heroes are attacking in 3 seconds… unfortunately, you all need to wait for one week…
This better end all anti climatic with them all drinking beer together after a big reveal. Boss Battles are so boring and done.

Who IS Supreme Leader? I’m going for that Inferno Guy for “reasons” but can see a path to Superior Leader.
If it’s NOT Superior Leader what has Superior Man been up to with his little Marble Daughter?
Who the Whisky Tango Foxtrot blew up Scandal?
When Kickman has “taken care of’ prisoners where did they go? His “Hero” status hangs here.
I figure a full Boss-Battle would likely mean an end to the strip, which will happen someday.
