Although with all that super-brain, and an independent country at his disposal, along with a surplus of super-beings… he could probably create endless clean energy and prosperity. He wouldn’t even need all those electric villains that Kickman already took off the board.
The odds were already about impossible. If Succubus is taken off the board, where does that leave our heroes?

On a different point, and two strips back, so Mary Marvel has a power rating of 14. What’s the rating for Moon Girl? of (current) Superior Man? See there are so many ways this could go including the Fury of Angelina against someone who is trying to hurt or kill her Kicky-Poo. Would NOT want to be on the recieving end of that!
If Moon Girl is the same as Wonder Woman, she would be a 15 PL (same as Superman). Is Moon Girl that powerful..? Ah, I’m not sure I want to tie her to a number. Superior Man right now is like Golden Age Superman, I’m not sure what that would be. Maybe a 10 or 11.
The real question is, how powerful is Angelina on a diet of pure Kickman? She’s certainly not as powerful as she was back when she had her own territory and demonic harem (because she’s still cute).
I mean, it kind of seems like he wants to take all the fun and freedom out of being evil- corporatise it to the extreme. Treat superpowered villains as a resource, meritocracy, pure capitalism etc.
Is that what villains really want? To be running a mercantile empire, rather than bashing things up and stealing?
Maybe I don’t get the psyche of the criminal, but it seems to me that this wouldn’t be so attractive, like persuading a thief to become a tax collector.
Maybe Matt can offer the villains a better deal- one where they won’t have to employ accountants.
I guess it depends on the villain. Do they do it for the thrill or for the promise of the easy score? Luthor Alexander just needs to figure out what their motive is to collect them onto Team… Superior? Injustice Gang?
As Alfred once famously said: “Some people just want to watch the world burn.” Villains are like that, it’s in their nature, the only thing that separates them is some think bigger than others. Alexander is clearly in the ‘think bigger” cohort, they will destroy the whole world just to rule over the ashes…
Lot of that going on in RL these days.

And on a separate note, Surely Our Hero should have made an appearance at the World Cup- at least for Kickoff?

I’m pretty sure he wants her for her power. She is potentially more powerful than the rest of his core villain team. She was trading punches with Superior Man in the battle of the SPA.
They have to take Kickman Too or she loses her powers. Again Cecil misunderstands the full power dynamic.
But if Kickman is killed, the marriage is legally ended….
If they kill him. Cecil does not have the best track record of that… Matt always has a backup plan. Don’t know what it is yet. But blue Jay probably plays into it. Or He can’t use honeybuns. Also Kickman still has some cards doesn’t he? Those were shown to have real world effects.
