And cue the dramatic exit…
Grayhawk drops a truth hammer on the troops. Kickman is busy being all brooding and Bat-like. Less than two days until their battle with Supreme Leader and apparently step 1 is, dismiss all the troops..?
Obviously, they don’t want any non-superheroes in harms way. And getting a half million citizens out of the blast zone is probably a fairly arduous undertaking. So, Kickboys… it’s time to be the real heroes.
Oh, during the filming of this scene there was a mechanical issue with the rain machine. See the video:

“Kickman is busy being all brooding and Bat-like. ”
The Dark Kick?
In what they DON’T know that includes any actual Evil done by Fearl,,, er SUPREME LEADER. There is still the possibility that with an empty City Eddie gives the big reveal and he and Kickman have some beers and workout how best to keep the show going to their advantage. Matt knows how likely that is, and it still leaves questions.
Truly, Kickman may just turn evil. After all, it was the Justice Rangers that killed Blush. Or he can topple Supreme Leader and become the new ruler of Villain City. Instead of Supreme Leader he’d probably call himself the CEO. I’m sure his bride wouldn’t mind him becoming a villain. There needs to be a “What If?” spin-off episode about this. CEO Kicklord?
When did Grayhawk put on his old uniform.
Sometime after the fight with the Justice Rangers and before the funeral.
Were his new duds wrecked that bad
He’ll probably leave a comment later in passing about his costume change.
He finally realized that “No CAPES!” was true……
Well, he used to have a cool armored cape until Sagittarius disintegrated it, then he replaced it with a normal K-Mart cape.
I went to go through the archives to see if I could spot some of the clues on Supreme Leader. I got to Blush’s first appearance and boy did that hit hard.
I don’t remember if anyone remembers, but back at the time, I was only planning to use Blush for that single page as a joke heroine trying out for the internship. I actually asked everyone what would be a good name for a “Hero” who could detect embarrassment. Someone offered up the name Blush if it were a female hero. And because I thought the name was so cute, I expanded her role in that chapter. Then later, when Kickman, LLC was flush with cash, thought, “well, now they can afford that intern… plus that can also screw things up between Matt and Sticky Buns…” and she just became a part of the team. All because I liked her name.
Feeling sentimental I guess because Memorial Day just passed.
