Tiny update, I am finally starting to fill out the “Supporting Cast” page that has been nothing but a place holder since the inception of this site. Right now there is just one entry for Superior Man but I’ll try to add a new character each week. I was taking a tally of all the secondary characters, even those that appear in just a single frame and there are already like 50 heroes in the Kickverse, so this is a daunting task. So daunting that I’m also using the character illustration of Superior Man as the new Bonus Incentive over at TopWebComics where you should totally go and vote for Kickman right now!
Also, it looks like I’m going to give up on incorporating the Patreon Plug-in into my site. I liked the idea of it. If you are a Patreon subscriber you are supposed to be able to view Patreon-only pages directly on the site, so that way you wouldn’t have to go over to Patreon to view all the bonus material. Sadly, there are some issues. The main one (which I discovered over on my other site Java Jaguar) is that the Patreon-only material gets emailed in its entirety to non-patrons that are subscribed to receive email updates. So nix that.
I am traveling to Hong Kong in about 10 days, but I’m pretty sure there won’t be any interruptions in Kick Updates. Mostly because I need something to do on my 17 hour flight, so I’ll probably draw the next 8 months worth of comics. Thank you for reading all the way down to paragraph 3.
