So this is what happens when I don’t take enough time out of my day to write a proper comic strip.
Although I would like to post a shout out to whichever comic is in that skyscraper size ad on the lower right of my page right now (the one that Psi-Hawker is compelling you to click on as we speeeeeaak…). Since I ditched Google Ads I have been using ComicAd Network which is a peer to peer advertising widget for webcomic creators. I don’t get paid for ad clicks, but I have been making a steady trickle of cents since I switched over to ComicAd and Google is an evil, evil corporation that sucks that I will never use again. So the very least I can do is encourage my readers to click on that webcomic and browse about a bit. The more people that click from my page to another page, the more attractive my ad slot looks to prospective advertisers.
The comic A.P.O.C. has been advertising for a pretty long time on Kickman’s Home Page. So long in fact that I included a hyperlink to their site so that there is a permanent record of their patronage in the event that there is another comic besides A.P.O.C. there at the time you are reading this. Just don’t go to A.P.O.C. using these links in this paragraph, click on their professional ad banner to the right of this block. In fact leave a comment and tell them that you bounced over to their comic at the behest of the power of Psi-Hawker (loosely affiliated with The Hero Formerly Known As Kickman).
APOC is a delight; I hope that TEOTWAWKI[0] is a good one for the four youngsters – they deserve a decent future.

Hi, APOC creator here! Your site has given me so much traffic over the months, so I miiiight have fought tooth and nail to keep the ad space throughout this time. I really appreciate the shoutout, as you can imagine webcomics take a lot of work and don’t always pay handsomely. Every little helps me grow an audience! 🙂
I hope you have a good remaining January, take care and stay safe!
Glad to hear it!
The skyscraper ad is currently for some browser game.
That browser game is much better than Kickman… VUM VUM VUM!
