That’s a Kombo-Ba-Boom in the extra wide panel. Pretty good combo move. A precision jo-staff thrust to the face causing some dental damage along with a leaping axe kick to the top of the noggin like Ong Bak does.
It’s pretty much Maneuver 7. OR possibly 12. I actually made a list of all the maneuvers used by Kickman and the hero formerly known as Generic Kung-Fu Superhero Sidekick over the years but I misplaced it. I’m going to need that list before I have them call out any new maneuvers. How embarrassing would it be for continuity if “Maneuver 6” means two different things on two separate comics? I’d have to relinquish my nerd card.
Sorry I meant to post the silver comment under the comic page. Just in case, I’ve heard that when humans have blue skin it’s because there’s extra silver in their system. So maybe blue demons have some kinda extra metal in their system too.

Demons -> energized by extra silver in their system -> argent (silver) energy (doom reference) -> green armor (Doomguy!) (Sorry about that!)
It’s entirely possible that, since Grayhawk has access to more tools and options than GKFSS, maneuvers have been renumbered. Anyway, wouldn’t it make sense to give the lowest numbers to the most frequently useful maneuveurs?
Just in case you want to use a maneuver number and still haven’t got that list. (Full compassion from me on that.)
