Of course, instead of crawling away on her face like Johnny Lawrence did, she just kind of moved her chin a bit. Also, Lady Crane’s cane is a cane-sword, so she can use either the Crane Cane technique or the Crane Cane-Blade technique. Which are two similar but distinct styles of Kung-fu.

Last week I mentioned that while I am in Napa, I would try to snap a photo of a hot air balloon while I was here. Well, my first morning here, while taking Clancy for his morning constitutional, I saw one off in the distance, while I was lining up for a shot on that one, I heard the roar of a flame thrower (or whatever that fire-torch thing is that makes hot air for the balloon) directly above me. Couldn’t get a very good shot from directly below it, so I yanked Clancy across the street for this most excellent photo op…
This is Clancy, the Labradoodle. Photo turned out pretty good considering I was shooting directly at the sun. But then the hot air balloon got even closer…
And eventually made an emergency landing on the street about three doors down (no Kryptonite).
Yes, this is the typical sort of exciting event that you can expect to happen in the life of a nomadic, pet-sitting cartoonist. By the way, don’t “like” this video, YouTube never once gave me a nickel for any videos I’ve uploaded. Cheap bastards.

That would be a burner, which is a little simple for a supername but maybe for a fire-based mook.
So, is Lady Crane in effect taking an intern spot with Team Kick? And if so, does that make Blush a sidekick now?
Lady Crane does not have an official title as filed with the SHMB since Kickman, LLC is an unsanctioned super group. Her position is “trainer” and the only Black Belt in the entire Kick Boy army.
I think Blush graduated from being an intern quite a while ago as she clearly performs independently often.
