Finished this one and uploaded a couple days early. Once it goes live on Sunday and you all are reading this it will be my birthday, so happy birthday to me. Keep an eye out for the Java-Mobile somewhere between Hercules and American Canyon, California.
I’ve barely started on fleshing out the next chapter. Usually I have scripts for Java Jaguar and Kickman written ahead of time, while Real Superheroines I just kind of fly by the seat of my pants and write it out as I go with only a vague idea of where I’m going. I kind of got into that same routine with Kickman and Java over the last few months, which causes me unnecessary stress. It’s comforting having a few pages of dialog written out in advance. In fact, I have no idea what’s going to happen in Java Jaguar on Wednesday.
So tomorrow, (meaning Saturday, yesterday for most of you) I’ll be taking some time off from drawing just to sit and do some writing. It’ll be comforting to have a few weeks worth of words in place for a while.
